Alyza’s Experience
These two have been valued clients of mine for a few years, through maternity shoots, baby milestones and holiday family documentations. However, they hadn’t both gotten undressed for me until now! Despite downfalls to my studio space, like not being handicap accessible, they’ve always made it work to be able to shoot with me and I have always been beyond grateful. This shoot specifically meant a lot to me because of how we made sure Ms. Alyza was portrayed. She has THEE BEST attitude regarding her handicap and inability to walk, but she also really wanted to be documented without that element of her life. While posing and showing them back of camera shots, she gasped, “Oh my God! My legs look totally normal!!!!!”.

Q: What brought you to book a boudoir experience?
A: Spice! Confidence! Affection! My boyfriend and I have been together for a good 5-6 years, so I was definitely looking for something to spice it up yet keep the focus on us.
Q: How did you feel leading up to, and during your experience?
A: I was extremely excited. Mainly because I’m aware of what kind of art Amanda is capable of creating. There’s a little stress here and there of course, “will I look good enough?” “Will he enjoy this as much as me?” I haven’t always been the most confident person, but I think being with someone who truly thinks you’re beautiful inside and out makes one hell of an impact on your confidence. I was actually so close to rescheduling with Amanda because of how our morning was going. Babies were crying, I wasn’t ready, my house was a disaster, and we were arguing that morning. Crazy, right?! Despite everything, arriving at Amanda’s studio just gave us all the feels. We felt comfortable in so many ways. Amanda was kind enough to get us caffeinated before the photo shoot, so we were all sorts of hyped and confident. She will also have a beautiful makeup artist set up and ready to enhance that beauty, so you can go out there feeling your best. Even if hubby doesn’t think you need it! We both left her studio feeling- as Amanda would say- “like total badasses”.
Q: Describe your experience to your best friend. Give us the hype!
A: This experience had me weak. I was even weaker when I seen the results! My hubby and I enjoyed ourselves so much. I know he’s more excited for the next photoshoot than I am!
Q: How did seeing your final images at viewing make you feel?
A: I was in shock! Like, woah… that’s us?! That’s ME?! We look amazing! I’m so happy with myself for going through with these photos. We only look this great for so long! My grandkids will appreciate these photos more than me one day. Lol! I can’t wait to have all of my photos here, so I can pull them out whenever we need a reminder that we are HOT AF.
Q: Has your experience impacted your personal life, self esteem, confidence, relationships, etc. in a way you’d like to share?
A: Yes. For sure! I have definitely been on more of a “naughty” side after our photoshoot. I think it has helped me step out of my comfort zone and into a new one! Which I am all for 😉 after seeing how great we look together I can you tell that I’m a lot less insecure as well. The photoshoot didn’t take away all of our problems by any means, but it most certainly gave us a boost we didn’t even know we needed! Amanda captures the love and passion in such a fierce yet innocent manner that I’ve become so appreciative of the beauty we have together as a couple.
Q: Anything you’d like to add in your blog feature?!
A: If you’re thinking about doing a boudoir photoshoot- DO IT!! I promise you that afterwards you’ll be feeling a whole new level of sexy! The confidence is there and within. Let Amanda show you!
